A 9-year-old spayed female Husky was presented at the hospital due to severe neurological symptoms of the right front leg (monoparesis). An intradural extramedullary mass leading to spinal canal stenosis at C2 was detected by MRI. A presumptive diagnosis of an intraspinal meningioma was made. The mass was completely removed after performing a dorsal laminotomy at C2. The histopathological examination identified an intradural myelolipoma. The paresis disappeared one day after surgery. The dog lived another 42 months without any neurological problems.
