    Abstract / Zusammenfassung

    A two-year-old male Boxer was presented with a history of chronic thoracic limb lameness lasting for 5 months without any response to anti-inflammatory treatment [place and date not given]. Radiographs of the right elbow showed multiple nodular mineralizations of the soft tissues surrounding the joint, with no evidence of bony lysis, suggesting the diagnosis of synovial osteochondromatosis. Arthrotomy revealed multiple nodules originating from the synovial membrane and an incomplete intracondylar fracture of the humerus. Biopsies yielded a histological diagnosis of osteosarcoma. This report documents the first case of an incomplete humeral condylar fracture due to osteosarcoma
